Our public buses serve a variety of routes in and around Surrey, and provide both a safe and reliable journey to your destination. Our friendly drivers are always eager to help, while the office staff are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.

All of our services accept cash and contactless payments (such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay).

We aim to make every journey as easy and comfortable as possible, and have taken steps to achieve this. Our buses are all low floor buses, making it easier to get on and off of our vehicles. The curb-height floor also makes moving wheeled items, such as prams, trouble free. All our buses are fitted with a dispensable ramp to allow wheelchair users easy access on board. There are also designated areas designed for wheelchair users which include an alarm system that indicates to the driver if assistance is required.

All of our buses are also fitted with next stop announcements and audio-visual equipment (also known as 'talking bus'). They are also fitted with induction loops (also known as hearing loops) that work with the audio announcement system.

If you wish to travel on one of our local bus services with an animal, please check our Travelling with Animals policy which can be downloaded by clicking
